Based in Utah, he will guide our US team to build a larger footprint of Basalte in the US with professional high-end integrators and designers.

Robert gained extensive experience in the smart home industry as former Managing Director at one of the top leading home automation companies in the US. He guided his team to accelerated growth in Asia and then EMEA before he architected and launched the industry’s first Certified Showroom Program to implement a standard for demonstrating the smart living experience. Robert also had different executive roles at Intel, Tripwire and a handful of startups.
