Technical Support Engineer US
Your mission is to...
- fully unleash your technical knowledge on our products in combination with your customer-oriented enthusiasm.
- be in close contact with both our customers and colleagues from different teams.
- be part of our Basalte support team by constantly supplying product support. You are an important link between engineering, production and our customers.
You are responsible for: - advising customers regarding the use of our products.
- the follow-up of questions or problems from customers in a structured and professional manner.
- participating in Beta testing with the product development team and provide feedback, test reports, documentation and manual reviews.
- providing training to customers in your role as a product technical specialist.
- working on demo set-ups and participating in trade shows on a product-technical level.
We expect you to ...
- have a bachelors degree ( beneficial in EE, ME, CE, CS or similar ) and preferably at least two years of experience in a customer-oriented environment.
- have professional experience installing and troubleshooting home automation and IoT products.
- be technically skilled and able to transfer that knowledge to customers.
- be a driven problem solver and enjoy collaborating to find the best solution.
- have a sense of initiative, stress resistant and know how to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- work independently and with a team.
