In this role you have the opportunity to:
- fully unleash your technical knowledge on our products in combination with your customer-oriented enthusiasm.
- be in close contact with both our customers and colleagues from different teams.
- be part of our Basalte support team by constantly supplying product support. You are an important link between engineering, production and our customers.
You are responsible for:
- advising customers regarding the use of our products.
- the follow-up of questions or problems from customers in a structured and professional manner.
- participating in Beta testing with the product development team and provide feedback, test reports, documentation and manual reviews.
- providing training to customers in your role as a product technical specialist.
- working on demo set-ups and participating in trade shows on a product-technical level.
We expect you to ...
What are we looking for:
- you have a degree in electronics or electro mechanics and preferably at least two years of experience in a customer-oriented environment.
- professional experience installing and troubleshooting technical products or services.
- you are technically skilled and you can transfer this knowledge to customers.
- you can verify and analyse problems in order to provide a correct and sustainable solution.
- you have a sense of initiative, are stress resistant and know how to follow up on a number of tasks.
- you work independently and work remotely.
